One-Bedroom Suite

Our One-Bedroom accommodations range in size from 60 to 80 square meters, and feature a spacious bedroom with a separate living room, a dining table and a fully-furnished kitchen. This suite is offered with a queen-sized bed in the private bedroom, which also features a television, and a private toilet and bath with premium bath amenities.

Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, a four-burner stove, and other cooking and dining implements. Living rooms are furnished with lounge sofas, coffee tables, and an armoire with a television and mini component.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Period: July 1 - October 31, 2025 and Stay Period is until December 18, 2025. Prior reservations required. Subject to availability and black-out dates.

Two- and Three-Bedroom Suites are bookable from Sunday to Thursday nights only.

Full payment required upon booking using HSBC card, to be presented upon check-in. Non-refundable. No modifications/ cancellation allowed.

Food and Beverage dining vouchers are non-convertible to cash and can only be redeemed or consumed at our designated Food and Beverage outlets during the stay dates.

Cannot be used in conjunction with another promo or privilege.

Cannot be converted to equivalent cash value

OCCUPANCY POLICY

One-Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to 2 adults, Two-Bedroom suite at 4 adults, and Three-Bedroom Suite at 6 adults. Maximum of two (2) children 12 years old and below may stay in the room free of charge using the existing beddings. Child and occupancy policies may vary depending on the government's guidelines at the time of stay.

OTHER HOTEL POLICIES

- Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00NN. Any request for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to room availability and applicable fees.

- A valid ID is required upon check-in. Guests are asked to sign registration cards and check-in folios, and then have the specimen signature compared to their presented valid ID. For online payments using a credit/ debit card, proof of identity and ownership of the card that was used for the reservation must be presented upon check-in.

- Apart from securing full payment for the entire stay, a valid credit card or cash deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges. The incidental deposit varies per room type: Php 2,500/night for Deluxe, Premier, and One-Bedroom Suites, Php 5,000/night for Two-Bedroom Suites, and Php 5,000/night for Three-Bedroom Suites. All room charges accumulated during the guest’s stay will be deducted from said deposit.

- All guestrooms and public guest areas are non-smoking, except for the designated smoking area on the 36th floor.

- In consideration of the need for peace and privacy of your fellow guests, the Management is strictly enforcing a No-Party Room Policy in all our guest accommodations. Our function rooms are well-suited for events or gatherings numbering more than 10 guests. Excessive food and alcoholic drinks that will be brought in will be subject to the hotel's corkage fees.

Three-Bedroom Suite

Truly spacious at 140 square meters, the Three-Bedroom Suite is the most similar in feel to a private residence, with plenty of room to move about and conduct the affairs of your professional and personal life.

Each Three-Bedroom Suite features a Master’s bedroom with a king-sized bed and its own toilet and bath. The second room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the third, two single beds. All bedrooms are furnished with premium hotel amenities.

The living area features a lounge sofa, coffee table, cable television and a mini component. Dining and Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, a cooking stove, complete cooking and dining implements, microwave, and a coffee and tea-making machine.
