GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Period: July 15- September 30, 2026.

Travel Period: July 15- November 30, 2026, prior reservation is required and black-out dates apply.

Two- and Three-Bedroom Suites are not applicable on Fridays, Saturdays, long weekends, and holidays.

Full payment required upon booking. Non-refundable. No modifications/ cancellation allowed.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher. However, VAT exemption shall be extended and applied during the event proper. Copy of the Senior/PWD ID should be presented to avail of the VAT Exemption during the event proper. If the Senior / PWD card holder will not be present upon check-in the VAT will be collected accordingly.

CHILD POLICY

Maximum of two (2) children 12 years old and below are free of charge if sharing room with parents, using existing bedding.

Children ages 5 and below receive the continental breakfast selection free of charge.

Children ages 6-11 years old receive 50% savings on breakfast.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE PER NIGHT (TO BE SETTLED UPON CHECK-IN)

Php 1,850nett (with extra bed and breakfast)

OTHER HOTEL POLICIES

- Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00NN. Any request for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to room availability and applicable fees.

- A valid ID is required upon check-in. Guests are asked to sign registration cards and check-in folios, and then have the specimen signature compared to their presented valid ID. For online payments using a credit/ debit card, proof of identity and ownership of the card that was used for the reservation must be presented upon check-in.

- Apart from securing full payment for the entire stay, a valid credit  card or cash deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any  incidental charges. The incidental deposit varies per room type: Php  2,500/night for Deluxe, Premier, and One-Bedroom Suites, Php 5,000/night for  Two-Bedroom Suites, and Php 5,000/night for Three-Bedroom Suites. All  room charges accumulated during the guest’s stay will be deducted from  said deposit.

- All guestrooms and public guest areas are non-smoking, except for the designated smoking area on the 36th floor.

- In consideration of the need for peace and privacy of your fellow guests, the Management is strictly enforcing a No-Party Room Policy in all our guest accommodations. Our function rooms are well-suited for events or gatherings numbering more than 10 guests. Excessive food and alcoholic drinks that will be brought in will be subject to the hotel's corkage fees.
